Growing up in a culturally diverse environment with countless mix tapes in the car, constant music at home and a deep love for exceptional concert films, AARØN felt a burning desire to create his own sound in the world he lived in. As a student in the digital art class, surrounded by like-minded fellow students who were more open-minded than those in his originally intended jazz studies, the painter's son had an easier time realizing his vision.
Before he began his studies, he crossed paths with the renowned Viennese musician and producer WANDL. They initially worked together on a music video, but their professional relationship quickly developed into a mentor-mentee relationship.
The result was “Liebe Lügen” - an EP created during a five-day retreat in a remote cabin. The project is a fusion of different emotions and moods, united by AARØN's idiosyncratic guitar work and introspective vocals. Together with Wandl's complex yet catchy productions, the result is a powerful piece of music.
