Starting off with a simple Amapiano drum pattern and apathetic, weird „Talking Heads“ inspired vocals, the song progresses into a wild, drum and percussion heavy dance track.
The voice shifts from up front lead singer style into a warped, underwater, abstract sound, topping it off with angelic harmonies in the end.
With a childhood friend of mine, the mulit-talented Johannes Forstreiter, we played over the demo with 2 drum sets simultaneously and I mixed in a recording I did with Alex Kranabetter, an amazing trumpet player from Vienna.
The results are ecstatic rhythms with an emotional, psychedelic, meditative undertone.
